At BD MINTED LIMITED, we want your beautiful letterbox posies to arrive as fresh and vibrant as when they left our studio. Please read our shipping and delivery guidelines below to understand how we fulfill your orders and where our responsibilities lie.

1. Delivery Methods and Areas

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. All our posies are carefully packaged in specially designed letterbox-friendly boxes and dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

2. Dispatch and Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, depending on your selected delivery preference or subscription schedule.

Estimated Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. However, please be aware that delivery dates are estimates only and are strictly not guaranteed.

Delays: Occasional delays may occur due to courier network issues, peak seasonal periods (for example, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), or adverse weather conditions. BD MINTED LIMITED cannot be held liable for any indirect losses, ruined surprises, or refunds arising from standard courier delays.

3. The "Letterbox" Delivery & Safe Spaces

Our standard posy boxes are designed to fit through 95% of standard UK letterboxes (approximate box dimensions: 35mm depth).

No Signature Required: Because they fit through the letterbox, you do not need to be home to receive your flowers.

Pets & Property: Once the box is successfully posted through the letterbox or left in a designated safe place, the delivery is considered complete. We accept no responsibility for damage caused to the flowers by pets (for example, dogs chewing the mail) or for boxes stolen from communal areas or porches after delivery has been recorded.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Accuracy is crucial when sending perishable goods.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery address (including the recipient's name, house number, and postcode) is 100% correct at the time of checkout.

Liability: If a delivery fails, is delayed, or is delivered to the wrong address because of incomplete or incorrect details provided by you, we will not offer a refund or a free replacement. If the order is returned to us, the flowers will be disposed of due to their perishable nature.

5. Missing or Significantly Delayed Orders

While delays are out of our control, we are here to help if things go significantly wrong.

If your order has not arrived within 2 working days after your estimated delivery date, please check your tracking link and contact us at support@bdmintedlimited.com.

We will launch an investigation with Royal Mail. If the courier officially declares the parcel as "Lost in Transit", we will gladly issue a full refund or arrange a replacement posy at no extra cost to you.
